Can you please advise how to remove the snow effect from a website once added?

Follow these simple steps:
Click Settings on the Weebly editor.
Select My Apps under settings. Click on the Page tab on Weebly editor.
Look for the Snow Effect and click Manage. You will see the following:
Turn off the option Enable Snow Effect to remove it.
